All you need to do is sign up and log into the point of sale system using your PIN Number. After signing in, you will be able to choose from several options. For example, let's begin a guest check in for a sit-down restaurant. First enter the number of guests and their table number. After checking the guests in, their orders will be able to be entered into the system. As you can see, guests can order appetizers, salads, entrees, drinks, or anything else on the menu. When the order is finished, you can print the ticket and send into the kitchen. You are also able to add special instructions, split checks, discount items, and much more. When looking at the pay screen, you are able to post a cash payment, enter tip information, and take credit card payments. Rely POS really is a fully functional point of sale system. In this demo, I will show you Rely POS's powerful Management Tools, and how you can utilize them to the fullest. First, we have to log into the Restaurant Manager's Admin. Logging into the admin is like logging into any one of your favorite websites, and the great thing is that it can be done from any computer with internet access, including mobile phones! Once we are logged in, we are taken to the Restaurant Manager's Dashboard. From here we can manage our menu, manage our staff, and view our restaurant's reports. Remember, Rely POS is on the cloud, completely internet based, so all of the reports are in real time. What this means is you can be anywhere in the world and simply log in to check on your restaurant. In the last demo we managed your menu. Now let's look at managing your staff. In the Manage Employees Tab we can add employees, set pay rates, and set employee roles, which will establish Point of Sale access levels. These access levels will restrict employees from certain functions. Here, you can also check and see who is clocked in. Rely POS has easy to use and top of the line employee management tools; but it doesn't stop there. Now let's look at the reports that can be created by Rely. There are three reports that are essential to any restaurant; the sales report ,the inventory report and the payroll report, Rely makes creating reports easy. First, let's discuss our sales reports. Rely POS can show you sales reports for any time period, including by the day, week, month or year. With Rely POS's sales reports, you can track your marketing efforts and see how your campaigns are performing relative to each other. It's a great way to make sure you are doing what works best.
